Job Summary

Position: L3 Production Support (Technology Solutions)

Location: London, Ontario, Canada

Hours: 37.5 per week

Salary range: $59,500 - $84,000 CAD

Line of Business: Technology Solutions

Responsibilities

• Develop new components as needed for engineering programs and projects within the assigned area, and develop small features and tools.
• Support business inquiries and activities through small enhancements and break/fix implementations (e.g., source code changes).
• Work with technology partners to ensure configuration and custom components meet application requirements and performance goals.
• Analyze technical requirements to recommend pragmatic and sound engineering solutions for own area.
• Collaborate with internal technology partners and other stakeholders to ensure engineering solutions meet technical direction, performance, time-to-market, and innovation goals.
