Associate/Senior Associate - Property, Energy, Construction

Kennedys is seeking a lawyer to join our Property, Energy and Construction (PEC) practice in Sydney, working closely with Partner and collaborating with PEC partners across our broader Australian offices.

This is a dispute and litigation-focused role offering exposure to technically complex, high-value insurance matters across the property, energy and construction sectors, with access to Kennedys' integrated international network.

The Team

Kennedys' PEC practice assists insurers and reinsurers in relation to significant, high-profile claims and coverage disputes across property, energy and construction lines. Our Sydney team works on matters of genuine complexity; from large-scale infrastructure disputes to building design and construction claims — with cross-border reach and strong market recognition.
