Attorney | M&A and Corporate Law

We are looking for a professional with a law degree and experience in M&A and Corporate Law for our office in Monterrey, Nuevo León.

• A minimum of 5 to 7 years experience in in Merger and Acquisitions or Corporate Law, as a licensed attorney
• Excellent English communication skills (fluency in reading, writing, speaking).
• Strong client service orientation - a client first mentality.
• Ability to develop strong relationships with clients.
• Good communication skills and ability to build a strong working relationship with various stakeholders or clients
• Ability to work well in both a team and individually.
• High sense of urgency
