Audience and Donor Services Representative

About the Position

The National Ballet of Canada is looking for a committed and enthusiastic Representative to work in the Call Centre and on-site Box Office within the Audience & Donor Services (ADS) Department.

This is a Part‑Time, Seasonal position due to the nature of the work. The contract runs until the end of the Ballet’s season, June 30, 2027, followed by the possibility of renewal which would start at the beginning of the next season, July 1, 2027. This is a unionized position and is subject to the terms of the Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA) between the company and IATSE Local B‑173.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Responsible for inbound phone sales which include processing ticket sales, In Studio classes, and subscription renewal calling
• Responsible for outbound calling which includes donation and subscription sales for acquisition and renewals
