Responsibilities

  • Accurately handle business calls and questions about insurance documentation and processing.
  • Train and coach employees, including new hires and existing staff.
  • Utilize the tracking system and reports to maintain daily service standards and goals.
  • Lead team members and take ownership of higher‑level responsibilities.
  • Mentor employees within the Auto Team and support management.
  • Champion communication of goals, vision, and procedures developed by leadership.
  • Assist Auto team management (or oversee goals in management’s absence) to ensure daily service commitments are met.
  • Answer client and associate questions, handle service/call escalations, respond to phone inquiries, and copy management on email communication in a timely manner.
  • Participate in or complete special projects, such as training, system/process enhancements, or service improvements, under Manager’s oversight.
