Your Mission, Roles And Responsibilities

• The role of an automation leader is to manage resources, improvements, and changes in Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) for all equipment and facilities, focusing on fault correction and elimination through mastery of automation and PLC software applied to equipment, ensuring the design, development, implementation, and maintenance of efficient solutions.
• You will be responsible for coordinating and developing a team of automation engineers, ensuring the delivery of high-impact projects, the standardization of best practices, and the continuous improvement of automated processes throughout the company.
• Manage priorities for fault response and plant improvements focused on automation issues.
