Serpa Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM is seeking a detail-oriented Automotive Warranty Clerk to join our growing team. This is a full-time position within our busy service department, supporting warranty administration and manufacturer claim processing.
Responsibilities include:
- Processing and submitting warranty claims to the manufacturer.
- Reviewing repair orders for accuracy and compliance.
- Following up on outstanding or rejected warranty claims.
- Maintaining organized warranty records and documentation.
