Automotive Warranty Operations Lead

Geely Auto Mexico is looking for a Warranty Operations Supervisor to oversee warranty operations across the dealer network. This role involves ensuring compliance with OEM policies, operational efficiency, and high-quality warranty claim processing.

The successful candidate will supervise daily warranty activities, support dealers, and collaborate with various internal teams to enhance warranty performance. A bachelor's degree in Engineering or Business Administration and at least 5 years of relevant experience in the automotive industry are required for this position.
