Aviation Lead

Job Description

We are looking for a leader who is experienced in Aviation & Pavements to lead our Aviation & Pavements team in Melbourne. In this role you will lead a team of engineers to win and deliver projects for clients including major road authorities, international and regional commercial airport clients, and for the Australian and New Zealand Defence Forces’ portfolio of airfields.

What will a day in this role look like:

• Lead, manage and inspire our team in a range of aviation and pavement projects in Melbourne and across ANZ.
• Drive technical excellence across our ANZ Aviation portfolio.
• Develop business growth opportunities with AECOM’s Clients and construction partners, working together with the Aviation Growth Director and other client partners.
• Participate in the development and execution of our ANZ Aviation business strategy.
