Aviation Technical Systems Manager (Director, Financial Services)

Summary The position will reside within Aviation Safety, Office of Business Integration, Financial Services, ABI-200. Responsibilities Serves as the Director of Financial Services for leading a highly technical, complex organization responsible for centralized oversight and development of financial strategic programs for the second largest FAA line of business. Is the AVS technical subject matter authority for the development, publication and dissemination of financial services to support aviation safety and the demand for increased safety, capacity, efficiency, and predictability in the airspace, routes, and airports of the National Airspace System (NAS). Also, conducts complex strategic planning, fiscal trend analysis, and/or performance planning to make recommendations that impact the safety of the NAS.
