Responsibilities

• Manage civil and commercial litigation matters independently.
• Handle a broad range of files, including construction and insolvency matters.
• Draft pleadings, legal opinions, and other strategic legal documents.
• Advise clients with a high degree of autonomy and sound judgment.
• Collaborate with partners and the litigation team on complex matters.
• Contribute to business development and to the long-term growth of the firm’s practice.

Qualifications

• Member of the Québec Bar.
• Approximately 7 to 10 years of relevant litigation experience.
• Strong background in civil and commercial litigation; exposure to construction and insolvency matters is considered an asset.
• Excellent judgment, autonomy, and the ability to manage a substantial workload....
