- Experience in AWS infra production support 4 -5 years
- Experience in Observability like Datadog and Splunk
- Experience in ServiceNow tool
- Trouble shooting error logs and monitoring the alerts
- Experience in Terraform and Ansible (advantage)
- Experience in AEM (advantage)
- Experience in Akamai templates (advantage)
