Job Description:
- Validate document completeness of the AYDA
- Administering AYDA documents
- Monitor and ensure the return process the name of the foreclosed assets
- Propose cooperation with third parties related to the Foreclosed Collateral sales process
- Ensuring the AYDA sales process runs well
- Make a report on the details of the Foreclosed debtor
Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor degree in Law or any major related
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience from banking or financial services industry
- Able to analyze financial statements (Balance sheet, Loss/Profit, and Financial Ratio)
- Have related understanding in Accounting/Legal
- Understand the terms BI, OJK, and regulations legislation applicable related to Bank business activities
