ResponsibilitiesLead the migration of SQL Server and PostgreSQL workloads to Azure SQL Database and Azure SQL Managed Instances.Design, deploy, and support Platform‐as‐a‐Service (PaaS) and Database‐as‐a‐Service (DBaaS) offerings in Azure.Analyze and consolidate database instances to optimize performance, licensing, and cost.Implement Azure‐native backup, replication, disaster recovery, and security configurations.QualificationsStrong hands‐on experience with Azure SQL, SQL Managed Instances, and related Azure data services.Working knowledge of PostgreSQL, SQL Server, and database consolidation strategies.Experience in migrating legacy Unix/Linux‐based databases to modern cloud environments.Familiarity with Azure automation, monitoring, and security tools.Ability to collaborate with development and infrastructure teams in a global environment.Experience with regulated data environments (GxP, HIPAA, GDPR) is a plus.Experience & EducationBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Informati...
