Job Duties
Guards are Customer care Representatives and the first point of contact for staff and visitors. They are responsible for Access control in and out of the secured space. This includes CCTV camera Monitoring, Pass creation, Visitor logs, accepting or sending packages. Fluent in English and French both written and spoken with the ability's to offer a positive experience for staff and visitors. Successful candidates will be required to perform locks, unlocks and foot patrols of Interior/exterior of the property and be required to ensure the property is safe from risk. an overall knowledge of computer skills in Emails, Microsoft word are a must. Security Experience/customer service experience preferred.
