Job duties for this position include:

• Produce the highest-quality baking products at all times while being a lead on the team.
• Provide training and assist in improving each individual’s skill and experience.
• Monitor ingredients inventory levels and manage ordering to ensure par levels in stock.
• Assist in scheduling for bakers to maintain operational and service standards.
• Establishes and maintains effective and positive communication amongst team members and all other departments.
