Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the coordination of banquet staff during smaller events of 20-40ppl, including servers, bartenders, and setup crews.
• Ensure all banquet setups meet company standards and client expectations.
• Lead pre-event briefings to communicate event details, service standards, and assignments.
• Monitor service throughout events to ensure efficiency, quality, and guest satisfaction
