**What you'll do**
We are looking for analytical, solution-orientated Basis Consultants experienced in NetWeaver & Non-NetWeaver technologies to keep SAP Enterprise Cloud Services (ECS) Customer systems running.
Our Basis Consultants, as part of the Critical Incident Management team, are responsible for the 24x7 availability of SAP systems running on SAP ECS.
In this role you will support, troubleshoot and resolve alerts and incidents and seek opportunities to streamline standard operating procedures through automation.
