Join Baycrest Hospital as a Registered Practical Nurse (RPN) in the Inpatient Low Tolerance Long Duration Rehabilitation Unit. Focus on rehabilitation and patient care for musculoskeletal conditions in a part-time role.
In this temporary part-time position, you will be responsible for planning and delivering nursing interventions tailored to meet the needs of patients on their road to recovery. Engaging with an interdisciplinary team, you will support clients in achieving their physical and emotional goals while promoting community reintegration. The position includes day and evening shifts with alternate weekends.
Key Responsibilities:
• Administer medications and evaluate nursing interventions
• Collaborate with care teams to deliver personalized patient care
• Assist with rehabilitation activities and spiritual needs
Requirements:
• Must have current CNO registration
• BCLS Level C certification required
• Preferred experience in geriatric rehabilitation
