Position

Marketing Intern – Breast Cancer Portfolio (Hybrid – Ciudad de México)
Reporting to the Marketing Coordinator/Marketing Value Manager.

Responsibilities

• Education and Events (CME) : Manage event schedules (national & international) up to eight months in advance; coordinate travel, registration, branding; administer speaker logistics in Veeva and ROME.
• Content and Materials Management : Oversee the approval workflow for promotional materials in Veeva Vault, ensuring regulatory and compliance compliance; coordinate inventory logistics for the sales force.
