Site Lead (Supervisor)

PURPOSE OF THE POSITION

The BEEP Site Lead (Supervisor) is the on-site lead carpenter and demonstrates construction best practices working alongside participants in the BEEP Program with the goal of providing holistic construction training for participants facing barriers to employment.

SCOPE

The BEEP SITE Lead reports to the Construction Training Manager and Operations Director. They are responsible for on-site work and participant mentorship in the BEEP program.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• 5 years of various construction related experience.
• Must possess a valid and subsisting class 5 driver’s license.
• Expert knowledge of all facets of construction process from building products, blueprints, construction details and relevant codes, rules, regulations and quality standards
