Cost Accountant

Our Cost Accountant is responsible for gathering and analyzing financial data to determine costs of business activity of raw material purchases, inventory, and labor as well as to ensure accurate management of inventory and costing systems. You will determine standard costs and investigate variances with actual costs. The Cost Accountant will also participate in month-end and year-end close procedures, budgets, and audits. You will have a genuine interest in the cost-efficient operations of the organization.

This role requires:

• Completion of a Business Administration Diploma with an Accounting Major.
  • Having or pursuing an accounting designation (CPA) is a strong asset.
  • Combinations of experience and relevant courses will also be considered.
