The Employee Benefits Consultant is responsible for driving revenue growth by building and maintaining valuable relationships with prospects and clients in the British Columbia market, in particular the Lower Mainland. This is delivered by consulting with clients in the areas of employee benefits, compensation, retirement solutions and other associated human capital needs.
