We are seeking a knowledgeable and detail‑oriented Benefits professional to support and oversee the day‑to‑day administration of a comprehensive employee benefits portfolio within a large, dynamic organization. In this role, you will manage core operations including life insurance and long‑term disability claims, leave of absence processes, and benefits data auditing, while ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with applicable policies and regulations. You will act as a key resource for complex employee inquiries, collaborate with internal stakeholders and external insurers, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by identifying efficiencies and supporting enhancements to systems, workflows, and plan design. This position also plays an important role in financial and reporting activities, including audits, annual benefits adjustments, and the preparation of data insights for leadership decision‑making.
