Bi-Lingual Customer Service Specialist II -Toronto, Canada Area

Responsibilities

• Answers incoming customer calls promptly to place orders for product sales.
• Resolves problems and concerns customers may have with product ordering, sales, and service.
• Tracks product shipments upon the customer's or Sales Representatives' request.
• Enters standing orders, modifies EDI orders, blanket orders, and mail orders as needed.
• Assists Sales Representatives with customer account problems and sends product samples to customers and Sales Representatives upon request.
• Corresponds with Shipping, Regulatory, and Manufacturing to ensure products are available for shipment.
• Issues credits/debits as requested.
• Creates returns.
• Manages time effectively and handles stressful situations.
• Performs other related duties and tasks as required.
