Bialik Hebrew Day School seeks an Associate Director of Jewish Studies to enhance educational quality and teacher development at its Toronto campuses. Focus on curriculum and student advocacy.
This position reports to the Director of Teaching and Learning, emphasizing instructional leadership and collaborative staff management. The Associate Director will ensure effective Jewish Studies curriculum oversight and advocate for student learning and development.
Key Responsibilities:
• Advocate for students through intervention resources
• Supervise and evaluate Jewish Studies teaching staff
• Collaborate on staffing and strategic planning initiatives
• Foster pride in Jewish community and values

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Education required; Master’s preferred
