Bid Specialist

**RESPONSIBILITIES**- Lead and gather proposal deliverables from functional owners, preparing final proposal draft for approval, and distributing final proposal for distribution to customer (by sales or assigned function).
- Providing ongoing feedback to continuously improve competitive / market intelligence gathering (includes win/loss analysis), reference architecture libraries, and proposal design formats.
- Participating in CRM activities and reporting projects to drive appropriate engagement dashboard output and pipeline management.
- Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; participating in professional societies.
- Driving complete deal input from sales and Solution Architects to gain timely qualification for deals that are consistent with IMS go to market strategy.
