Description
Cadex is seeking a Bilingual Collections Agent to join their remote team in Colombia. This position requires fluency in English, with additional languages considered a plus. You'll work Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM US CST, managing a portfolio of accounts and resolving billing disputes.
Essential duties include investigating non-payment reasons, negotiating resolutions, and maintaining detailed records in corporate databases. Immediate start date available.
