About the Role
You'll start by:
- Using our CRM system to qualify prospects by telephone, email, and online platforms across Canada—B2B sales with no industry limits.
- Promoting DHL Express services to new and existing clients.
- Acting as the customer’s point of contact to ensure all queries or issues are dealt with appropriately.
- Coordinating with different departments on lead initiatives.
- Working with a supervisor on a regular basis for feedback opportunities.
Then you’ll have the opportunity to:
- Re‑activate, onboard, and manage small‑size business accounts where companies use DHL Express services 3–6 times per year.
- Identify opportunities for growth and increased use of DHL Express services, collaborating with our various sales channels.
