Bilingual Collections & Customer Service

**What you'll do**:- Have effective communication and negotiation skills, being able to overcome objections and find solutions.
- Achieve collection goals by providing customer service and then secure collecting as much as possible, as soon as possible as human as possible.
- Effective win - win negotiation on overdue account payments- General billing support to clarify doubts, orders and complaints regarding overdue payments or fees- Listen, respond, and resolve consistently on every call throughout your shift.
- Be comfortable using a personal computer to take notes and research billing questions while engaging with customers on the phone.
**What you'll bring**:- Advanced Conversational English to converse seamlessly with U.S. customers.
- Personal Computer experience with Microsoft Windows and Office.
- Previous experience in customer care, billing, collections, or similar roles is highly desired.
