About the Role

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Bilingual Onboarding Associate to manage and coordinate the onboarding process for new clients and agents. This role is essential in ensuring a seamless onboarding experience by collaborating with multiple internal and external stakeholders, tracking documentation, and maintaining accurate records throughout the process.
