At Contact Point 360 , we are hiring Bilingual Customer Service Agents to support international companies .

What We Offer

  • Base salary: COP $2,700,000 + $500,000 performance bonuses
  • Indefinite-term contract + legal benefits
  • Fixed schedule: 44 hours per week
  • 2 days off per week
  • Hybrid / WFH (based on performance)

Location: Calle 97 & Autopista Norte – Bogotá

Responsibilities

  • Provide customer service support to international clients.
  • Understand customer needs and deliver clear and accurate solutions.
  • Handle inquiries professionally and empathetically.
  • Meet quality and service performance metrics.

Requirements

  • Advanced English (B2+ or higher).
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Customer-oriented mindset.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
