Key Responsibilities:
• Manage incoming calls and assess caller needs
• Provide relevant health and referral information
• Facilitate access to online self-service platforms
• Document I&R call details accurately
• Uphold confidentiality standards for all interactions
Requirements:
• High school diploma plus a relevant Community College qualification
• Minimum 18 months customer service experience in related fields
• AIRS certification within 36 month...
