**POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES**:
Primary responsibilities are providing outstanding Customer Service by resolving customer product issues over the telephone and ensure their experience is memorable.
Also, as a team member you will be supporting the team's needs as well as participate in projects to assist in data entry for databases and process improvement of our overall daily operations.
**RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE**:
- Resolve customer product issues in a courteous and professional matter both outbound and inbound.
- Enter customer information accurately in databases.
- Must meet and comply with department and company policies, procedures, objectives and regulations
