What You’ll Do
- Assist inbound callers with account inquiries, provide advice, and recommend TD products or services.
- Deliver legendary customer service, ensuring each caller receives the right solutions for their banking needs.
- Resolve customer inquiries at the first point of contact, using empathy and skilled communication.
- Meet performance objectives: customer experience survey results, advice and quality goals, compliance regulations, and productivity targets.
