This role is responsible for managing full-cycle recruitment in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines. The ideal candidate is proactive and able to quickly source, engage, and place qualified talent while upholding high standards of quality and compliance.

Responsibilities:

• Manage full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placing healthcare professionals
• Work under tight deadlines in a high-volume, fast-paced environment

• Coordinate interviews and manage communication between candidates and hiring teams
