What You’ll Do

• Inbound Sales Support : Respond to inbound sales calls from our established customer base, providing product and pricing information, order status updates, and delivery confirmations.
• Order Processing & Delivery Coordination : Secure, renew, and arrange delivery of orders. Work closely with our machine shop and other facilities to manufacture and expedite orders.
• Order Entry & Follow‑Up : Enter orders and quotes accurately in a fast‑paced environment, perform quote follow‑ups and analyses, and ensure follow‑through with full ownership.
