The Role
- Provide onsite IT support for hardware and software issues.
- Set up, configure, and deploy laptops, desktops, and IT peripherals.
- Support meeting rooms, AV equipment, printers, and workplace technology.
- Manage inventory, storage, and distribution of IT equipment.
- Escalate complex issues and collaborate with other IT teams.
- Support multiple office locations under a Hub & Spoke model (local travel required).
The Requirements
- 2–3 years of experience in onsite End User IT support.
- Strong hands‑on experience with hardware, peripherals, and corporate environments.
- Knowledge of ServiceNow and ITIL principles (preferred).
- Familiarity with Microsoft Intune and Azure (a plus).
