Bilingual PHiE Consultant – Americas Regional Training

The International Federation of Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies - IFRC is seeking a consultant for a role focused on adapting PHiE-A training materials for National Societies in the Americas. The consultant will consolidate and translate existing resources into a bilingual package while facilitating certification programs for trainers and accompanying pilot training initiatives.

This position requires extensive experience in public health emergency response, training design, and the ability to fluently work in both Spanish and English. Candidates must be willing to travel for key events in 2026.
