Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily activities of production personnel in the electric motor assembly line.
- Ensure production schedules are met while maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency.
- Monitor assembly processes, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions.
- Enforce safety policies and procedures to maintain a safe working environment.
- Train, coach, and evaluate team members to improve performance and skill levels.
- Communicate production goals, updates, and issues clearly in both English and Spanish.
- Collaborate with engineering, quality, and maintenance teams to resolve production challenges.
- Maintain accurate production records and prepare reports on KPIs such as output, scrap, and downtime.
