We are looking for a highly qualified Bilingual Project Coordinator to join our team.Key responsabilities:Coordinate processes to ensure that projects are delivered on time, within the estimated scope and budget.Coordinate the office on administrative tasks and ensure that all internal resources are available for the impeccable execution of projects.Develop the scope and objectives of the project, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring its technical and economic viability.Create a plan for each project and track the progress using appropriate verification techniques.Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques, and develop and track KPIs.Identify and mitigate risks associated with the projects.Prepare executive presentations and perform basic contract reviews.Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders involved in the project.Create and maintain project documentation.Communicate and escalate to general management as necessary...
