We are seeking a highly organized and client-focused Intake Specialist/Case Evaluation Specialist to serve as the first point of contact for prospective clients at a law firm.
Key Responsibilities- Serve as the first contact for new potential clients.
- Conduct initial client interviews to gather relevant case details.
- Evaluate case eligibility based on firm criteria.
- Accurately document and organize all client information within firm systems.
- Maintain and update client databases.
- Coordinate closely with attorneys to ensure seamless case transfer.
- Provide ongoing communication to clients during the intake stage.
- Ensure compliance with internal procedures and documentation standards.
- Advanced English proficiency (required).
