Overview

This role is responsible for borrower retention and sales programs. The Renewal Account Manager proactively contacts borrowers with pending loan maturities to offer ancillary products and retain business. The position manages a segment of upcoming maturities each month and handles calls and communications to borrowers up to and beyond their maturity date.

Responsibilities

  • Contact borrowers potentially in advance of, and throughout the 90 days prior to their maturity date.
  • Make rate offerings, discount terms, and offer incentives to retain business.
  • Develop the contact strategy to reach borrowers and guide them through their renewal process.
  • Make outbound contact (phone/email) with the assigned list and entice the customer to stay with MCAP for their upcoming mortgage renewal.
