Job Overview
The Talent Acquisition Coordinator plays a key administrative support role in ensuring a seamless and efficient recruitment process. This position is responsible for assisting the recruitment function with data management, maintaining accurate recruitment records across all platforms, and providing backup support for recruitment and projects.
Key Accountabilities
- Customer Service: Daily support of client inquiries and management of recruitment inquiries, working within Chartwell’s Oracle Recruitment Cloud (ORC), general Inbox, Webex, and calls, looping in appropriate parties when needed.
- Report Management: Input, maintenance and delivery of recruitment reports and dashboards, distributing job posting reports as required for internal stakeholders; coordination of recruitment partner reports, and collection and distribution of sponsored positions.
