Description
In this ambitious context, we are looking to strengthen our Customer Support team as we expand our operations to provide a 24/7 service to our clients.
Under the supervision of our Head of Customer America, your main responsibilities will be:
- Respond to customer requests through different channels: phone, email, and ticketing system.
- Ensure high-quality customer reception and support.
- Monitor the administrative and technical implementation of the solution for our clients.
- Manage tickets through our Zendesk tool.
- Act as a liaison between customers and the different departments of the company to ensure efficient issue resolution.
