Bilingual Workers Comp Consultant

We are currently hiring a Bilingual Workers Compensation Consultant to join our team in Canada . The position location is flexible, and we can offer in-office, hybrid or remote working arrangements.

**This role requires frequent interactions in English and requires reading and preparing documents in English on a frequent basis

Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end workers’ compensation claims across multiple provinces.
• File new claims within required provincial deadlines and maintain compliance with applicable legislation.
• Review and assess entitlement decisions; challenge or appeal determinations when appropriate to protect employer interests.
• Collaborate with injured employees, employers, and case managers to develop safe and effective return-to-work and modified duty programs.
