Billing Analyst (Bogotá)

Audubon is currently seeking a Billing Analyst to join our team in our Bogotá, Colombia Office. The idóneo candidate will possess a foundational understanding of project accounting principles and demonstrate the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. This role requires strong communication skills and close collaboration with project managers (US), collections, and finance teams. The candidate should demonstrate strong effectiveness in coordinating across operational groups.

Primary Responsibilities

• Assist in managing the invoicing process for multiple engineering projects with varying billing cycles.
• Prepare draft invoices based on project data, contracts, and billing terms.
• Route draft invoices to project managers for review and approval.
• Track and follow up on aged and unbilled drafts to support timely invoicing.
