As a key member of the Carlson team, you will bring 4+ years' experience in T&M billing and project accounting to ensure accurate daily reporting and timely invoice preparation. This role requires collaboration with Project Managers to resolve discrepancies and maintain organized documentation for audits, contributing to streamlined workflows and robust financial reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure accurate daily time capture and LEMS reporting
• Prepare invoices for time-and-materials contracts
• Review timesheets and material logs for accuracy
• Collaborate with Project Managers to resolve billing discrepancies
• Maintain organized billing documentation for audits
