Position Overview

We are seeking a BIM Coordinator to lead the design, coordination, and documentation of digital infrastructure in residential and hospitality projects.

This role focuses on integrating telecommunications solutions such as fiber optics, managed WiFi, and smart building technologies into construction projects, working closely with multidisciplinary teams and international stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage BIM models for telecommunications infrastructure
• Coordinate with architectural, structural, and MEP models
• Perform clash detection and spatial coordination
• Design fiber pathways, structured cabling, telecom rooms, and equipment layouts
• Participate in coordination meetings with construction teams and stakeholders
• Prepare technical documentation (drawings, diagrams, HLD, LLD)
