Position: Bioinformatics Analyst (Temporary Full‑time, contract‑to‑hire). Site: Princess Margaret Cancer Centre. Salary: $68,932 – $103,409 per year. Working hours: 37.5 hours per week, day shifts. Reporting to: Senior Scientist.

Position Summary

We are seeking an enthusiastic and highly motivated full‑time Bioinformatics Analyst to join our team. The lab focuses on how the bone marrow microenvironment shapes hematopoiesis and leukemia, with a strong emphasis on single‑cell and spatial approaches. The successful candidate will lead the computational analysis of single‑cell RNA‑seq, spatial transcriptomics, and T‑cell receptor (TCR) sequencing datasets, focusing on integrating cellular states, clonal architecture, and spatial organization.
